Frank, the New Puppy What Now mascot New Puppy, What Now

Support

Write to support@newpuppywhatnow.com and you will get a real answer to your actual question, not an autoresponder pointing you at a help centre.

Every message is read and answered before it goes back to you. We aim to reply within two working days. We are a small operation rather than a support desk, so it is often the evening rather than the morning.

If your download did not arrive, check Promotions and Spam first, because a newer sender often lands there once. If it is genuinely not there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

If a file will not open or looks broken, tell us which file and what happens when you open it, and we will send a fresh copy.

For anything about a payment, a card, or a refund, Paddle is the merchant of record for every order and handles payment matters directly. You can reach Paddle at paddle.com/support, and you are welcome to write to us as well.

Our refund policy is here and we recommend reading it before purchase rather than after. Read the refund policy →

One thing we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your individual dog, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Nobody here is a veterinarian, a certified trainer, or a veterinary behaviourist. If your puppy has a health problem, or if you are dealing with aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, separation distress, or any dog with a bite history, please speak to your vet or a qualified force-free behaviour professional. That is not us brushing you off. It is the honest limit of what a guide can do, and it is stated the same way inside the products.

If what you are dealing with has stopped being about the puppy and has become about your own health, please talk to your doctor. In the United States you can call or text 988 at any hour to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or use the chat at 988lifeline.org.
